This group is for anyone who enjoys doing fitness related activities with their baby/toddler!  These include walking, jogging, roller blading with your baby on trails, walking at the mall and having your baby play in the play area after, going to a splash pad or pool with your baby, or attending a stroller fitness class.  These are just a few of the activities we do on a regular basis.  We also schedule the occasional Mom's Night Out as well.  Join us and see what we're all about!

… Our classes will start with some stretching and dancing before we move on to a fun & active fitness based game. Class ends with an interactive story about health and fitness and some massage time for your tired tot.
